There is no defense against good design

Our design theory may seem a little unusual so the faint of heart are welcome to stop right here and jump to one of our other sections. Take a look through our portfolio — we believe our work speaks for itself!

A basic understanding of viruses lies at the core of our philosophy. A virus in the strictest sense is not a living thing. And yet the one reason for which it exists would make it seem alive. A virus exists for the sole purpose of making as many copies of itself as possible. There are two integral parts to a virus -- a sticky protein shell and the code that lies inside. The shell is made to stick to only the correct host cell. Once stuck, its contents (the code) are transferred through special tubes that are part of the shell into the host cell. Once inside the host cell, the code reprograms the host to become a factory with its sole purpose being to create more of the virus.

So how does this apply to you? Good design can act like the sticky protein shell of a biological virus — engineered to deliver your message to a specific market audience. Whether your message is “buy our product — it’s really cool” or “hire us — our services are indispensable”, well-crafted design can spread your message. Ideally the design actually merges with or becomes part of the message — we believe that this is good branding. A well designed piece of literature becomes viral, infecting not only those who see your marketing materials but causing them to spread the word!

That is why we like to say —
“ There is no defense against good design!”
